Upcoming Capital Projects

Please be advised that the Board of Trustees has recently sought information on vinyl siding for educational purposes only. There is not now, nor is it anticipated in the foreseeable future, a project to install vinyl siding. As part of the normal business practice of the Association, funds are deposited into capital reserves for future replacement of all capital reserve items such as siding, roofing, roads or recreational facilities. At such time when the siding requires replacement, perhaps in ten, 15 or 20 years, those members on the Board of Trustees at that time will review the available options.
